I do not charge a call out fee, this is covered within my first hours labour fee if I carry out any work. Outside of Milton Keynes, Bedford or Northampton, further from Olney, there may be a minimal mileage charge and dependent on the work carried out.  

Yes. I would advise that you that if it is not an emergency, you should make an appointment to be seen during a weekday. Normal working hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Any work carried out outside if these times, weekends and bank holidays, will incur an increased first hours labour fee. 

Initial estimates are for labour and the lowest form of security. Upgrades to security will cost more. Quotes are specific to the work requested and would usually reflect the final price. However, should an issue arise during the work, you will be informed of any potential increase to cost before work is completed. 

Yes, the cost of labour is always included in the prices given and will be listed on the itemised paperwork. I do not charge VAT. 

I always avoid drilling locks, unless this is absolutely necessary. If this is the case, I will discuss all possible options with you for a satisfactory outcome.

No, if you call JIR locksmith, you will get JIR locksmith. I live in Olney and am independent, I will not send a different person.
